Order Preparation

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Italy: 2–5 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
Outside the EU: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume or due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping and Customs Charges

For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes, or local fees are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and are outside our control.
